VisitCall is a Phone- and Web-based system that allows office employees to track time and location of outside workers. It is easy to learn, and easy to use. Field employees call a special phone number when they arrive at a customer location and again when they leave it. The System automatically records check-in and check-out times and verifies the employee location based on Caller ID information. Office employees can access the database records via the Internet in the form of web-based reports or through database downloads. They can enter and modify employee and customer lists, lookup the current employee location and generate detailed activity reports either by employee or by customer through a web-based program. Exception reports help identify and correct user mistakes and data inconsistencies. Customized reports, integration with scheduling, billing and payroll systems and various additional features can be added on request.
This is a web-based documentation system for Day Care Industry. It implements all the functions that a typical Child Care center needs in its day-to-day operation: Child registration, attendance documentation, payment processing, and much more. It can generate more than a hundred of different report types, including Billing and Payroll.
This system implements a true 3-Tier client-server architecture that separates the user interface from the business logic COM-based components and from the database server. By providing a web-based user interfaced, we have dramatically reduced the costs of deployment, maintenance and training.
Dial-n-Document is a complete clinical documentation system for the Home Health Care industry. It automates all the documentation procedures that traditionally were done on paper: Intake, Initial Assessment, Service Orders, Visit Scheduling, Visit Documentation, Discharge, etc. It generates various reports, including standard forms (like HCFA 485). Dial-n-Document can interface with various billing and payroll systems.
One unique feature that puts Dial-n-Document ahead of its competition is the use of an IVR interface, that allows nurses and home health aids to document their visits over the phone. Visit information like starting and ending time of the visit, mileage traveled, services performed, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, even supplies used, can be documented by pressing keys on a regular touch-tone phone. Narrative messages can be entered as well for in-office transcription. The phone interface alone has a huge cost benefit for Home Health Agencies, by saving daily trips to the office.
