Chrom&Spec is a comprehensive software system for data acquisition and processing in GC, HPLC, IC and in other types of chromatography. It provides a complete set of data processing features such as analog-to-digital conversion, data manipulation, noise filtration, integration, peak identification and quantification, as well as report generation.
A 24-bit analog-to-digital converter is included with the package to provide a universal multi-channel interface to various chromatography instruments available on the market.
The software is designed with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Automated Laboratory Practice (GALP) standards in mind, so the system is well-fitted to the research laboratory or industrial environment.
Characteristic features of the system include simple and intuitive user interface, and advanced scientific algorithms for all data processing tasks. Queue function enables you to minimize the operator’s work, up to completely automatic mode (in the presence of auto sampler).
The latest version includes an optional advanced data analysis module. This module allows you to get a peak purity profile, make peak deconvolution, quantitate unresolved peaks not only with diode array detector output, but for systems with several conventional detectors, e.g. 4 wavelength detector.
The upcoming version will have advanced support for Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) and for Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) applications.
