Soon after acquiring all the rights on Visual Voice package from Artisoft, and after a merger with Parity Software Inc., Dialogic, an Intel company, has now announced that Visual Voice is discontinued. Limited technical support for this product is still available via email until June 30, 2001, after which all technical support is scheduled to end.
To help Visual Voice users in their transition to other CT development platforms, Ampersand International, Inc. is offering an application migration service. If you have existing applications written with Visual Voice, we can analyze your current applications and suggest the most cost-effective migration path to newer development platforms, including the Parity CallSuite line of products or VOS development environment.
The benefits of migrating to newer platforms include:
Compatibility with newer operating systems, like Windows 2000.
Extended technical support from Dialogic and its Parity Software business unit.
Compatibility with the latest hardware products from Dialogic and other CT manufacturers, due to Parity's Topaz technology.
Interoperability with other CT applications based on Dialogic CT Media Server.
